Hello, my name is Reagan D’Agata, and I was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. I am a mom to 3 amazing kids and a Gigi to 2 adorable little babes. I have a dog named Scarlett that is the best fur baby there is. In my free time I like to relax and spend time with my family. A fun fact about me is I can binge watch Lifetime Movie Network for hours and hours. I’m also a Dallas Cowboys fan!!

I am currently the Human Resources Director here at Veritas Community Services. I have been working in Developmental Disability field for about 9 years now and have learned so much. When I started in this field, I was an administrative assistant and quickly transitioned to working as a residential coordinator. After a couple of years, I changed roles to work in the finance area and did billing, representative payee for our individuals, payroll, etc. About 3 years ago, I transitioned into the role as the Human Resources Specialist and now I’m the Human Resources Director. It has been a very rewarding field to be part of over the years and I couldn’t imagine spending my days anywhere else. My favorite part of each day is to be able to see our individuals when they come to our day center. I also love being able to watch our day staff work closely with the individuals we serve and their dedication to make their time here at Veritas enjoyable.
