Hello, my name is Matt Kroll, and I'm from here in Omaha. A fun fact about me is that I took part in a nationwide program to name the last space shuttle in 1988. Endeavour was the name we chose, but apparently, 6,154 other schools did, too. I enjoy spending my free time with my wife, Malinda, and two boys, Emmeric, and Wesley. We have two dogs, Wrigley and Ollie, a few fish, and a leopard gecko named Chris Morris. I enjoy working in my yard, landscaping, photography, Cubs baseball, and just being outside.

Professionally, I have been in the DD field since 1996, when I started working as a DSP. I have worked in both day and residential settings over this time. I began at Veritas as Day Director, but shortly after starting, I became the Director for both Day and Residential services here at Veritas. Within a short time, I moved into my current role as Executive Director.
I didn't necessarily choose this field, but once I started in it, I quickly became passionate about it because what I love most about my job is that I can make a difference in people's lives every day.
