I am from a small town in Iowa, which luckily was close enough to Omaha to get to on the weekends to do some shopping. I have a 12-year-old son who keeps me on my toes, and I am getting married to my best friend this September. We will be getting married at the Aquarium at Henry Doorly Zoo! In our free time we keep busy with house projects and playing with our 3 pups.

I am the Day services director here at Veritas, and I started this past December. I feel like I am slowly getting the hang of it, and luckily, I get to work with and learn from the most fantastic crew. I have been in the DD world for over 20 years and have done a variety of roles including residential and vocational with agency providers as well as working with the state in service coordination and as a service coordinator supervisor. I am in this field because I am a helper, and I love working with all different kinds of people. I love this job because every day brings something new, and there is always something to learn.
