Hello, my name is Amy Cross. I was born and raised in Norfolk, NE. After college I moved to Omaha. I have one theatrically talented son and two spunky, gray and white striped cats, named Tony and Ziva. I love adventuring outdoors, such as hiking, kayaking, fishing, camping, etc. I am also a Nebraska Volleyball fanatic!

I am the Associate Day Director at Veritas Community Services. I have supported people in the DD field for 33 years. I took an interest in the DD field in high school because my volleyball coach was a Special Education teacher. I started as a part time residential DSP while in college, majoring in Special Education. After college, I moved to Omaha and have been working in day services since then. What I love most about my job is being able to see so many smiling faces every day and feel like I had a part in making it possible.
